Education
Ms. Quiring attended Sacramento State University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
She attended law school at the University of Oregon School of Law where she was a member of the Latinx Law Students association and on the Moot Court Negotiations team.
In school, Quiring completed numerous externships that involved public service as well judicial externships at both the state and federal levels.
